GENERAL INFORMATION
– Before placing your order, please note that ALL of our items are handmade and that we require a processing time of between 3-7 business days (not counting weekends) to complete your order. In some cases this time may be longer; if this happens, you will be notified by email.
– We ship orders from Monday to Friday, so if your order is placed on the weekend or we finish it on the weekend, it will be sent the next Monday.

SHIPPING places
NATIONAL SHIPPING (shipping time 3-5 days)
Shipping is made nationwide and costs 5 USD. We offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $45 usd.
Shipping is made to the entire republic and has a cost of 60 mxn. We offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $750 mxn.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (shipping time 5-14 days)
Shipping to the rest of the world costs 12 usd. We offer FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $75 usd.
If after the estimated delivery time you HAVE NOT RECEIVED your order, please contact us at info@rosadiamante.com.mx and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave you a notice to contact him/her (this will depend on each country) and set a new delivery date, or if you prefer, go to his/her office. nearest post office and pick up the package yourself.
CANCELLATION of orders

RETURNS
– At this time we do NOT accept returns on personalized products.
